Apple Pineapple Detox Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Lemon (juice only)
  • 1 Cup Pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 Apples (peel and core)
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • 1 Cup Cold water (add for desired thickness)
  • 1 Kale leaf (remove leaf from stem)

Instructions

  1. Juice the lemon and add the juice to blender. Add the pineapple, apples, ice, kale, and cold water for desired thickness. Blend and enjoy!  This makes 2 good size smoothies, one to share or freeze.
